New Urban Vision is a minority owned and operated real estate development and consulting firm focused on building, acquiring and operating space for high quality affordable housing, retail/commercial uses and community services. Our strategy targets distressed and underutilized properties along major transit corridors in emerging neighborhoods within Greater Los Angeles that can be acquired off-market, repositioned and/or redeveloped into higher & better uses that typically include transit-oriented, pedestrian-friendly features. We also structure transactions with existing commercial property owners and lenders seeking to maximize the value of their assets and secured interests.

Our principals have extensive expertise in real estate acquisition, development, finance, construction, and asset management, and our team has participated in financing, selling, leasing and/or developing more than $1 billion of commercial and residential real estate assets. With its strategic relationships, experienced management and active deal pipeline, New Urban Vision is poised to play a significant role in the transformation of urban communities throughout Southern California and across the United States.
